✦ Case Study 01 — Local SEO & Web Support

Miami Coffee Cart: A Local Landing Page Network Built to Own Local Search

Miami Coffee Cart runs mobile espresso catering across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. The site only had a handful of broad, county-level landing pages — meaning it had no page built to rank for a specific, high-intent local search. We built out a real local landing page network to close that gap.

  • A new tier of city-level landing pages across all three counties, each with its own URL and title tag.
  • No templated duplicate content — every page references real local details and angles instead of swapping the city name across identical copy.
  • Real event photography — hero images pulled from actual client events, honestly captioned rather than claimed for a location that isn't verified.
  • Internal linking — a "Nearby Areas" section on every new page cross-links related pages, spreading link equity across the network.
  • Google Business Profile alignment — kept NAP data consistent across the site's dedicated GBP listings as the new pages went live.
  • Site-wide UX fix — repaired a navigation bug (a link and a dropdown trigger fighting on the same element) across every page of the site, not just the new ones.
  • Indexing — sitemap and locations hub updated the same day so every new page was discoverable immediately.

✦ Case Study 02 — Full Technical SEO Audit

Marine Hull Cleaning: Closing Every Technical SEO Gap

Marine Hull Cleaning is an underwater boat-cleaning service covering a wide stretch of South Florida's coast and marina network. We ran a full technical SEO audit and shipped every recommended fix, raising the site's overall technical score to a near-perfect rating across the board.

  • Structured data corrected — the site's schema markup was updated to a fully valid Schema.org business type, clearing warnings in Search Console.
  • Image optimization — every photo was renamed with descriptive, keyword-rich filenames and converted to a modern, faster-loading format, meaningfully cutting page weight with no visible quality loss.
  • Security hardened — added server-level security headers to protect the site and its visitors.
  • Duplicate URLs consolidated — redirects put in place so every page has one clean, canonical address instead of multiple versions competing for the same ranking.
  • Smoother mobile scrolling — a JavaScript performance fix removed scroll jank on mobile devices.
  • Local page network — a growing set of city- and marina-specific pages, each on a clean, crawlable URL.
